Before you contact us we believe it is important to understand what to expect from the start of, to the delivery of your commission.
Contact us via email. Please provide enough information so we can understand what you are looking for. If you have any rough drawings or pictures that you feel represent your thoughts please share those with us.
We aim to respond within 2 weeks so you can understand the current time frames for further communication.
Following the initial contact, we will have a virtual discussion with you: Teams/Zoom/WhatsApp. During this meeting we can discuss design options, materials and finish. After this initial discussion you can decide if you wish to continue. If you wish us to prepare a design briefing we will require a £250.00 advance for furniture and £50.00 for patisserie: the advance will contribute to the final cost of the item.
Using the initial discussion as a guide we will work with you to create and agree on a design that meets your functional requirements and the appearance you desire. At this stage we can provide accurate pricing and timing information.
Once agreed and signed off, we require a 50% deposit prior to starting the handcrafting of your piece/s. We will keep you updated with progress reports and images as your design takes shape.
During the design process we will remind you that irregularities in natural materials are not flaws, they are part of the natural beauty of the materials and contribute to the unique nature of each piece.
Delivery and Installation
We’ll agree on a time for you to collect or for us to either deliver and/or install the finished product as required. We take the final payment on delivery.
