We aim to provide you with the items we have designed together and will ensure that bespoke items meet the brief agreed. All bespoke items will be supported by a full design brief and will only commence once this is signed by the customer. Refunds will only be issued if there is a dissonance between the product and the design brief or if they are defective.
For smaller items that are not bespoke and purchased through the site please note the following with respect to refunds and returns. It is important to note that irregularities in natural materials are not flaws, they are part of the natural beauty of the materials and contribute to the unique nature of each piece. This includes colours, which can appear a little different on screen to that of the item when delivered.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive them.
